The Reports Analysis and Audit Division (RAAD) conducts desk reviews of all Financial Reports filed with the Office of Campaign  Finance to ensure accuracy and full disclosure in the reporting of the financial activity and operations of political committees, constituent services and statehood programs, and public officials.  RAAD also conducts periodic random field audits and full field audits of selected reporting entities in all OCF Programs.  The long standing policy of the Office of Campaign Finance has been to promote voluntary compliance with the reporting requirements of the Campaign Finance Act.  In an effort to further assist reporting entities, Quarterly Audit Tips for better reporting will be made available from the Reports Analysis and Audit Division.
