Proposed Amendments to Chapters 42 & 43 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations

The Board of Elections gives notice of its intent to take final rulemaking action within thirty (30) days of publication in the D.C. Register, to adopt the proposed amendments to Chapter 42 (The Fair Elections Program) and Chapter 43 (The Verification Process) of Title 3 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. The amendments were published in the August 16, 2019 issue of the D.C. Register.
