Please be advised that pursuant to D.C. Act 22-452, all PACs and independent expenditure committees are required to file a report of receipts and expenditures on the 31st day of January & July and the 10th day of April and October during a non-election year. Further, the maximum amount one may contribute to a PAC during a non-election year is $5,000.
