This is to advise the treasurer of any active Political Action Committee (PAC) that does not plan to participate in the 2011 Special Election for At-Large Member of the City Council, or Ward Member for the State Board of Education (Wards 4 & 8) to file a Notification of Non-Support (OCF form 12) with this Office by Thursday, March 10, 2011.

The filing of this form absolves the PAC from filing the subsequent reports of receipts & expenditures required this year with the exception of the July 31st report.
