This report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of the committee's last report through June 5, 2011. Paper filings of the report must be received in the Office by 5:30 pm of the filing deadline. Electronic filings must be submitted by midnight of the filing date. If you wish to file by paper, you may obtain a copy of the necessary form (OCF Form 16, Report of Receipts & Expenditures) on this website under "Downloadable Forms."
