The Excel Upload module is now available for filing the report of receipts & expenditures (OCF Forms 10&16).
Filers may use the OCF formatted excel spreadsheet to enter the committee’s information for Schedules A & B and then upload the spreadsheet to automatically populate the aforementioned schedules. For entries on other schedules (example: A-1 to A-7, B-1 to B-6, C, D and E) the filer must directly use the Electronic Filing and Reporting System (EFRS).
To access the spreadsheet, the filer must use the committee’s login ID and password to enter the E-Filing system and select the new report they wish to file. Once the report has opened, select “Download Template” and the appropriate schedule you wish to use. The schedules are, Schedule A without Affiliated Entities, Schedule A with Affiliated Entities and Schedule B. Make your entries and save the data. Once you are ready to file the report, select “Import from Excel” and upload your report.
