This notice is to remind all treasurers of principal campaign committees and PACs participating in the 2012 elections (primary, general and special) to file the August 10th Report of Receipts & Expenditures on Friday, August 10, 2012. This report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of the committee's last report through at least August 5, 2012. Paper filings of the report must be received in the Office by 5:30 pm of the filing deadline. Electronic filings must be submitteed by midnight of the filing date. If you wish to file by paper, you may obtain a copy of the necessary form (OCF Form 16, Report of Receipts & Expenditures) on this website under "Downloadable Forms."
