The Report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of your last report through March 5, 2011.
Treasurers of principal campaign committees for candidates from previous elections are not required to file this report. PACs that are not participating in this election should file the Notification of Non-Support (OCF Form 12) by the March 10th date if they have not already done so.
The filing of this form absolves the PAC from filing the subsequent reports of receipts & expenditures required this year with the exception of the July 31st report.
