The treasurers of principal campaign committees of candidates on the ballot for the November 5, 2024 General election who receive a single contribution of $200 or more between October 30th and next Tuesday's election must notify this Office of the contribution(s) within 24 hours of receipt.
OCF Form 16-A (24 Hour Report) may be used for this report, or the treasurer may use his or her own personal stationary provided that the following information is contained on the stationary:
a. The candidate's name and the office sought;
b. The identification of the contributor; and
c. The amount and date of receipt of the contribution;
The contribution(s) must be itemized on the next scheduled report (December10th) of the committee. The 24 hour report cannot be filed electronically. However, the form is downloadable on this website. The report may be scanned and emailed to [email protected].
