The D.C. Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) will conduct informal training seminars throughout calendar year 2020 for candidates for elective office, officers of political committees, including political action committees, independent expenditures committees, constituent services programs, legal defense committees, transition committees, inaugural committees, and statehood funds. Seminars for the month of March are as follows.

March 12, 2020 Understanding the Rules of the Game: A Campaign Finance Playbook for Candidates and Treasurers, Political Action Committees and Independent Expenditure Committees/Fair Elections Amendment Act

March 19, 2020 Contributions by Business Entities/Fair Elections Amendment Act

Webinar training will be conducted the first Tuesday of each month from 11:00 AM -12 noon. Various other training sessions are scheduled on selected Thursdays of each month from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. To register to attend a seminar, please contact the Office of the General Counsel at (202) 671-0554. Please note that attendance at any of these sessions does not satisfy the attendance requirement for candidates and treasurers at the mandatory Entrance Conference.
