This notice is to remind each treasurer of a principal campaign committee registered for the 2015 special election and participating PACs to file the June 10th Report of Receipts and Expenditures (OCF Form 16) by Wednesday, June 10, 2015.   This report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of the committee’s last report  through at least June 5, 2015, provided you do not anticipate any financial activity between the 5th and 10th.
Please be advised that pursuant to D.C. Law 20-0079, the "Campaign Finance Reform & Transparency Act of 2013",  the June 10th Report is required to be filed electronically on our website. However, if the filer submits to this Office a written statement of actual hardship demonstrating that the filer is unable to file the report electronically, the requirement may be waived.
All treasurers are advised to timely file this report. Failure to do so will result in the referral of the matter for an Informal Hearing for violation of the reporting requirements.
