The lobbyist activity report is due on Monday, January 10, 2011. This report must cover all lobbyist activity from July 1, 2010 thru December 31, 2010.

The report may be filed electronically on this website without obligation of providing a signed copy of the report by requesting a PIN number to certify the report at [email protected].  Reports filed electronically are due by midnight of the prescribed filing date.

Also, all registered lobbyist (and their compensating registrants) who plan to continue their lobbying activities this year must register with this Office and pay the required registration fee of $250 (profit) $50 (non-profit) by Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Checks should be made out to the DC Treasurer.
