Treasurers of committees designated by a candidate as their principal campaign committee as well as treasurers of PACs who participated in the 2013 special election must file the August 10th report on Monday, August 12, 2013.
This report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of the committee's last report through at least August 5, 2013. Electronic filings must be submitted by midnight of the filing date. Paper filings of the report must be received in the Office by 5:30pm of the filing deadline. If you wish to file by paper, you may obtain a copy of the necessary form (OCF Form 16, Report of Receipts & Expenditures) on this website under "Downloadable Forms."
Please be advised that principal campaign committees for candidates from the 2014 Election, 2012 Election or any other previous election and treasurers of PACs who filed a Notification of Non-Support with this office in January of this year are not required to file this report.
