This notice is to remind each treasurer of a candidate's Principal Campaign Committee or PAC currently registered with the Office of Campaign Finance to file the January 31st Report of Receipts and Expenditures by Tuesday, January 31, 2012. The January 31st Report must contain receipts and expenditures from the date of your last report through and including January 27, 2012.
Treasurers of PACs who do not anticipate participating in the 2012 elections (General, Primary or Special) are advised to file OCF Form 12, Notification of Non-Support, stating such if they have not already done so. The form can be found on our website in the Services section under Downloadable Forms (Campaign Finance Disclosure Forms). Filing the Notification of Non-Support requires that the PAC file only the January 31st and July 31st report this year.
All treasurers are advised to timely file this report. Failure to do so will result in the referral of the matter for an Informal Hearing for violation of the reporting requirements.
