or not you are nominated or your name appears on the ballot
- A candidate seeking election to office whether or not you
are elected
- The treasurer of a principal campaign committee
- The treasurer of a political committee
- A person who makes contributions or expenditures in excess
of $50.00 that are not made to a political committee or candidate
- A lobbyist
- A public official
- A member of the public seeking information about the Office
of Campaign Finance
Candidates elected to Advisory Neighborhood Commissions are
in a special category and are not affected by the specific registration
and reporting requirements of the Act, but must adhere to the
contribution limitations and conflict of interest provisions
of the Act.
